People and wellbeing survey 

Our simple but effective survey provides data to help identify what stress's your people are feeling and how they want to be supported. It is 100% confidential and takes less than 2 minutes to complete. This survey is completely free and holds no obligation to take up our services. This is the best way to identify a need in your organisation.

Analysing and sharing data 

The results of the survey will be analysed , shared with you and reviewed. This data will guide us when creating your bespoke wellbeing package. This data helps us deliver the sessions that are most impactful to your organisation, ultimately your people decided what we provide them. We share all data with you, to allow you to make informed decisions about the wellbeing within your organisation.

Proposing and delivering your bespoke package 

We will take a few days, create your bespoke package and propose it to you. Once you are happy that our data driven package is right for your organisation, we will get the session booked in and delivered at a time best for you. It is only at the point of booking a session, that we ask you to commit to our service, up until then there is no obligation, so why not find out if there is a need in your organisation.

  • Financial Wellness, Learning how to manage and plan your finances will reduce your stress and increase enjoyment, this is why we offer financial wellbeing sessions complimentary to your wellbeing package. 

  • Emotional wellbeing, With emotion being the driving force of all decisions, understanding your emotions and others is paramount in business and life. Our workshops guide your team to create a culture that understands emotions, and therefore understands its people.

  • Nutritional Wellbeing, what you eat directly affects how you feel. Taking charge of your food and being able to create a meal plan that is both healthy and tasty does change lives. That is why we have nutrition workshops. 

  • Physical Wellbeing, we have teamed up with a local sports massage and physio therapy company who provide services to the Paralympics! Working at a desk all day creates aches and pains, physical work creates aches and pains. Learning how to avoid injuries and protect your body so that it can serve you well your whole life is essential ( you might also get a massage!). 

  • Phycological wellbeing, understanding how you and others think, how we can effect this and how we can support healthy ways of thinking, processing and coping, to avoid burn out, anxiety and overloading. 

Each of our sessions are tailored to the position, and department it is being provided for, making each session relevant and unique.
