Our group were mostly complete beginners to first aid, yet his approach to teaching as well as plenty of practical demonstrations and exercises was conducive to learning, and so we all picked it up very quickly. No question was deemed silly and when answering it was clear he is very knowledgeable. If anyone is looking for a first aid training course, be it a beginners or a refresher course I recommend Mantra highly.

Huge thanks to Will, who ran the course—his knowledge and teaching style made all the difference. I was amazed at how much we learned, even after taking the course with Mantra three years ago. Will's detailed explanations and practical demos have given me real confidence to handle a wide range of situations, from minor burns to life-saving CPR. A good level of questions / involvement was encouraged.  No hesitations from the instructor in answering any questions the class (~10 in number) came up with, which was good for building confidence. He made the Heimlich manoeuvre & CPR so easy to understand that anyone could safe a life.
