Where It Began

Mantra Training Sussex Ltd was founded in 2021 by Will Scott, a frontline firefighter who recognized a major gap in the training industry. After seeing first-hand how most training courses were boring, uninspiring, and often lacked impact, Will knew there had to be a better way.

Many training programs left people feeling unprepared and lacking confidence, while inflated prices from some providers made it even harder for businesses to invest in the essential courses their teams needed. Determined to change the status quo, Will set out to create fun, engaging, and impactful training that was both affordable and of the highest professional standard.

At Mantra Training, we’ve built a reputation for delivering dynamic, interactive courses that not only meet the required standards but also leave participants feeling empowered and ready to apply their knowledge with confidence.
