Prepare your organization for emergencies with our nationally recognized Award in Emergency First Aid at Work, meeting HSE guidelines and fully regulated by OFQUAL. Our course equips all learners with the essential skills and knowledge to act as competent Emergency First Aiders, ensuring prompt, safe, and effective care for casualties. Course Highlights: Comprehensive Syllabus: Covering key subjects like responsibilities and reporting, assessing situations, dealing with unresponsive casualties, basic hygiene, burns, epilepsy, resuscitation (CPR + AED), anatomy, minor injuries, bleeding control, choking, and shock. Certification: Ongoing practical assessment by our experienced instructors leads to the issuance of a Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 6 in Scotland), valid for three years. No external assessors are needed. Participant Capacity: Our course accommodates a maximum of 12 students, aged 14 years and above. Certificates are offered to all, pending successful assessment. Please note, students cannot assume workplace responsibilities until they reach the age of 16.
